Reload task not refreshing “Users authorised to Access Document”

Hi all, we have recently noticed a very bizarre issue, the Distribute list on the reload job, does not always update the Authorization list on the actual document… for example, say we add a new user to the Distribution list on the reload job so we now have 4 named users instead of 3 users. When we run the reload job, the Authorisation tab on the actual User document still shows 3 users….

Any ideas?? Thx

Another check you may want to do: is the published document showing a recent "Last reload" time in the AP? If not, you may be looking at the wrong User Document.

Thanks Peter, yes the "last reload" is updated accordingly. But a good idea to check.

If you save the change whilst the server is already running a reload, on completion of the reload, your document may be overwritten with the older version that now has refreshed data.

Check that the server is not in the middle of reloading your document before saving changes to the server.
