Accesspoint access through Mobile

Hi ,

We have dashboard which are accessible through Accesspoint . However once we open it through mobile . I am using iphone even tried on anroid

It goes through first authentication and when we click on dashboard .

It ask for username and password and after that it goes in loading status .

Has anyone faced similar situation.

Earlier they were accessible.

Which Authentication method are you using ? NTFS or DMS ? Are you using user directory for authentication ?

We are using NTFS and first authentication is Active user directory and after that section access is applied through email and password .

Once we enter these details it goes in loading state and doesn't open

Hi,

Yes after loading we can sheet the applications. once we open the application all sheets will show respectively the Individual objects on the sheets can Viewed as per our selections.

Please Check in your QMC->Under system -> Qlikview web servers-> Authentication type ->ntlm is checked or not ->Default login page will help out .

These setting are already there .

The application use to work earlier .

Could it be a possibility that some configuration on window server can stop the access.

You can check this way is there updated changes on your domain network for mobile devices and security.

I need to ask the infrastructure people for updated security for mobile .

I have no idea to find out .

When you access application on Accesspoint, is it in office network or in internet ? There could be chances of restriction on other IP address other than office IP address range.
