I have done a button that reloads a document from access point. I have used EDX trigger . I can monitor EDX Task status but i don't know how to let the user known that the task has been completed successfully. I' d like to write EDX Status into a variable.

I can use a .bat file to run QMSEDX or a shell object. How can i get a feedback?

I have Qlik server 11 sr12. Thanks

I have done the process described in this link

Using EDX in QlikView 11

If you create a button, you link an action (execute a macro) and in the macro you open the .bat file that runs the exe attached in the link.
