Can user reload data from IE plugin?

I have done a macro that calls an exe mounted into a qlik server that runs a task of relaod data.

This works with full browser but not with IE plugin.

With IE plugin the macro search the exe into my local machine and not into the server.

Does anybody know how can i do it with IE plugin?

Hi Nicola, IE Plug-In is related to access point. Access point is related to Qlikview Server. So it is not possible. Hope this will help you.

Hi Nicola,

The Reload trigger don't work in IE Plugin or Ajax it only works in Qlikview Desktop. Instead you can trigger a batch file to reload the Qlikview file.

Hi Nicola,

Using the IE-plugin in access point we don't have the option to reload dashboard, you need to schedule it using the QMC or using the batch file .

Yes but I want user push a button for reload data, I know that I can schedule a task in QMC.
