    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have a problem in a Windows 2012 R2 environment running With IE11.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We also are running Xenapp7.6 and citrix profile management.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Qlikview server version 11.20.12018.0 (Not possible to upgrade)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Client plugin version&amp;nbsp; 11.20.12904.0409 (Since we are running Windows 2012 R2)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some or random users cant reach the qlikview webpage and gets the attached error message&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will also attach the errorlog after setting the logging options in the settings.ini&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It works again after resetting the userprofile, but there must be something related to the registry of the users.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I havent been able to trace the error with processmonitor.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Br Anders&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
