Accesspoint Extranet Error

Hello All,

A new AD account is created.

Session cal is assigned to the user.

There is a single app, used only by that user.

Can anyone help me to resolve this error.

The error box says"Message from webpage"

The error is

"! failed to open document, you do not have access to this document"

Get the NTFS permissions on the file for that user.

I have already done that, i.e. Properties==> security and assigned that user..

Is there anything else that needs to be done.

Upon trying these settings, I get the following error:

Some settings were not saved.

Selected Authentication Level is denied by Licence.

Please guide...

This will have to be done by Admin who created the AD account? I mean Change the default settings of AD account?
