Server Error in '/QvAjaxZfc' Application.(LDAP issue)

Dear Gurus,

we are using Qlikview 11.2 sr8. Currenlly we are using custom authentication and wanted to upgrade to ldap authentication.

.I have added the LDAP directory details under

QMC-->System-->Setup-->DSC--> Active Directory using LDAP string.(ex: LDAP://xxx.direcotry.xx.com)

Authentication is set as Custom User(please see the attachment) and Authorization is DMS.

when I tried to login with my user id , Im getting below error.

Please suggest , what could be the route cause.

I haven't found the solution to the above error. But my issue is resolved in a different way.
