      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Morning,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;having a nightmare (Monday morning &lt;IMG src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/emoticons/happy.png" /&gt;)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;all users trying to open apps via our access point are getting a "No Connection" message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this is the first time that i've seen this in 3 years - anyone have any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i've checked the server and its running as normal, people can access the access point, and the server appears to have plenty RAM available (5gb)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cheers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;well a reboot seems to have resolved the issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;there was no new apps loaded up this morning, and there's never been an issue with the current production apps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
