Reading the file from excel - Issue

Hi All,

I am facing a problem for one of the excel file , the data is given from the 18th line.. but when i load the data into the qlikview it is reading from the 4 th line.... i have scripted to read it from 17th line ( which is corrrect, every time when the data is placed it was loading well )

i am facing this problem in the server.. same file i copied to different folder in the server and tried to loads using test application.. it is showing 17th line and same thing i tried in the local desktop it is showing 17th line..

i am wondering y it is showing 4th line ??? i can change the script to read it from 4th line.. but i need to give an answer to client..

Please suggest

Hi,

while loading itself enable the transformation,by using the cross table eliminate the unwanted rows.

hi revathi,

remove earlier script and load script again by giving 17 in header size.

How do you know it's showing the 4th line? There is no info on that line in your attached file.
