We are using QV 11 SR 10. We are using http:// in access point as well as QMC.

Please let me know the process to change http:// to https://.

In short:

Configure your AccessPoint web server to use https for all connections (configure the QMS if you want the QMC to use https as well)
Buy and install certificates. You can create your own, but browsers will keep yelling about untrusted connections.
Restart the web server.
Change all links and shortcuts that point to the AccessPoint or to any individual document in the AP to include https instead of http

You did not state if you are using IIS or QVWS. The steps are different depending on which one you are using.
