'Error – Error downloading the document list' in iOS App

Hi,

I am trying to connect to my qlikview dashboard via the QV iOS App. Though am able to access this through the Safari browser, I am not able to open the same in the iOS app. It gives an error with message 'Error-Error downloading the document list'

In the app, I have used the ip address of the AWS instance as the Access Point and used my credentials as 'domain\xxxx.xxxx'. With respect to some of the server configurations - we have "authentication as "Login", Type as "Ntlm", Prohibit anonymous, NTFS authorisation"

Versions of Qlikview iOS App is 2.1.3 and iOS version is 8.4.1.

What version of QlikView did you install on the AWS instance?

We experience the same issue. We are on 11.20 SR6 and the web server is IIS. Please help
