qvw file deleted from Source Document after failed reloaded

Hi QlikTech! I have a problem with QlikView Publisher Cluster, after failed report reload QlikView deleted qvw file from Source Document, in the Audit Log from Server

In the QlikView Log have this one

What can we do for this or maybe you have some way to fix or workaround for this problem?

We have setup QlikView Server cluster + NTFS Share and QlikView Publisher Cluster+ NTFS Share.

Version: QlikView 11.20 SR12

OS: Windows Server 2008

All servers include to domain

All permission to share folder grandt with recommend

Let me now if I can help fix this problem.

This is a bug that will delete the QVW sometimes. This is fixed in 11.20 SR12 with a patch.
