This is more a best practice rather than a restriction, as Shiva said, you can have different versions. This happens usually when you like to upgrade your server, where you would first upgrade your test server and verify that it is working properly before you upgrade your production sever.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regarding borrowing CALs, if you mean leasing a license, you can't. Licensing leasing is not possible on a Test Server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
