Hi all,

We are trying to setup remote QMC administration through Juniper, a VPN software that allows local resources publication. When we publish the resource http://<server_name>:4780/qmc/default.htm and also everything under http://<server_name>:4780/qmc and we try to access it, all we get is a screen with only 2 tabs (Status and Documents), with no content inside those tabs and also with the buttons disabled.

We have disabled SSO on Juniper to ensure that the access credentials are correct (user is member of QVAdministrators group)

Any suggestions?

Thank you in advanced.

Hi,

From the client machine I would do a capture of the network traffic without Juniper and then do a capture with Juniper. I would then send both to Juniper for them to find out what their VPN is stripping.

Bill

After some testing it looks like a network issue. We haven't been able to solve it, so we've decided to go for Terminal Server in order to do remote QMC administration.

Thaks for your recommendations
