Analysis Sheet Usage per user wise

Hello Experts,

I have already developed one QVW file which show the Document usage users wise. Now I want to enhance this dashboard by displaying usage on Sheet level. I have gone through Qlik community and come across Audit log. But by loading Audit log I am getting information only for those who are viewing document through Qlikview Client software.

How do I get the information about the users who are viewing the docs in access point.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Hi Neha,

the audit log DOES show access point activity data.

I have enable the Audit Log but i think Audit log is showing information for the users who are accessing the dashboards through Qlikview desktop Client.

Thanks ioannis, I have enabled Extensive audit logging also. still getting very limited information in Audit log file.

Regarding sheet, the information you get is when a user clicks on a sheet. What info are you missing?

Hi Ioannis,

My concern is I am not getting all the users who are viewing documents and selecting sheets. I am observing audit log since 3 days, and I get information only for 4 users . For test purpose I also access application through web portal and make some selections but my name is missing.

Please suggest if I am missing something, that would be great help.

strange

what version are you using?

if you check the audit log files on the server, are there more than 4 users?

Version is 11.2

Today I see there are 8 Users in Audit Log file. But My name is not there.

Do I need to change the settings for Event log Verbosity and Split files -
