Warning in Application event logs

Hi,

I was getting an error in the event log that the

pgo: Failed to open \\xxxxxxxxx\xxxxxxxx\IniData.pgo ERROR: Access to \\XXXXXXXX\XXXXXXX\IniData.pgo was denied, Time : 0ms

I had checked all the services they are running fine.

Please do advice.

Hi,

Can you confirm the build number make sure you have latest build which is (Build 12749).

There is a patch available for SR10.

Please contact support to get the patch (Build 12749).

Hi,

Yes there are a couple of patches out that should have this fixed in it. Patch 12746 addresses this issue. However, you will have to open a case with Support to be able to get the patches.
