Input Field Works Differently if Local vs Published

I have an input field in one of my QV applications that allows a user to enter a number value. The field is formatted to % and when using the field locally 1 = 1%. However when the application is published to our access point the input field changes where 1 = 100%.

Has anyone had this expereience or can you recommmend suggestions on why this would occur? The apps are completely the same, only difference is local vs published.

Please use slider instead of Input box.
