Reload is not working

Good afternoon.

I have Qlikview Publisher and I made process to reload. But it’s not working. So I always receive the e-mail below. What a can do for this problem?

The task "Reload of ITGovernance\Projeto Governanca\DASHBOARD_GOVERNANCE 7 automatic.qvw" failed. Part of the log file follows:

Did you check log file ?

Did you check the log file of the document?

ITGovernance\Projeto Governanca\DASHBOARD_GOVERNANCE 7 automatic.qvw.log

If that log file does not exist enable the Generate Log file option in the document properties and reload the document again.

I created the log file, but it continuous not work.

My application has section access, then i commented the script, but not worked too.

Did you run your application after commenting the section access /

Please attach your log file we can have look.

If your document has Section Access, have you included the QDS service account in your section access table with permission to access all data?

If you have not included the QlikView Distribution Service login account in Section Access, then the reload process will be denied permission to open the document - hence the reload fails.

Good Morning!

In my application I use Sharepoint to load data. Then I needed create a user generic, and associate him in Sharepoint. On Publisher I defined the services with this user generic, so it worked.
