topic task reload error in QlikView

task reload error

Hi,

During a reload last night, I encountered this error on two customers file reload. However, I am not sure what this error means and how to avoid this in future. The task went successful on next reload though

4.3.2015 20:36:19.8879354 Error Exception in save source file: IO operation will not work. Most likely the file will become too long or the handle was not opened to support synchronous IO operations.

whats the size of your document?? and check the permission once

The size of the file is 25829 kb. As for the permissions they seem alright. It went successful on next reload so I doubt that it has anything to do with permissions though

oh ok, I think his might have a happen while some of the other software were getting updated because of which the IO service might have not allowed because the reload was successful from next reloads.
