Adding additional licenses

Hi, we purchased additional licenses(earlier we had user cals, now we have purchased session cals). I am not sure how to add these in QMC. I tried adding with license key and control no, but it overrides the earlier one. Please advise how can I have have both without overriding one over other.

You need to ask qlikview to merge the licenses and cut you a new license with all the CALS under one serial/control number. You can't add a new license to an old one on your own.

The licenses should appear in the QMC when they are provisioned by Qlik on the license server. To contact the license server and get your latest updates, go to the "QlikView Server License" tab in QMC and click "Update license from server".
