Your image cannot be viewed.

anyways if you have Source Document tab, then you will not find reload option in user Document tab.

You can schedule tasks from source document.

make sure you point proper folder in distribution service tab.

Hi,

Then check the Log files for more details why the reload fails and which line for this check log file generate is active or not from Document properties >> General >> Generate log file and you can find log file in the QVW file location it self. Or you can provide your log file.
