How to Import all QlikView Server settings from one machine to another?

Dear all,

Is there an automated mechanism to import all qlikview server settings (tasks, document authorizations , DSCs, QVS configurations, QVWS configurations, etc) of from one machine to another?

Could be useful to use QMS API?

Anyone have experience?

None that I know of.

The most straightforward method is to copy the content of C:\ProgramData\QlikTech to your new server. If your Document Root is located somewhere else, you should copy that one as well since it contains all documents, shared objects and meta data.

Hi,

Yes only option is copy content of folder mention above and side by side create the document for the settings of Qlik Servers is better for create setting in another machine.
