Steps to Host Dashboard

Hi All,

I am new to Qlikview and created a dashboard using QlikView Desktop, and want to host (share) so that my team and leadership can view it (read only). Please advise, next steps.

I do have a lease license.

Additionally, can I just host the dashboard (qvv file) on a local server?

Please advise.

Hi,

Use the Qlikview Management Console and mounting the QVW source file into the folder and then publish the qlikview file.

How do I install Qlikview Management Console (and where can I find the installation file for it). I just have Qlikview desktop software.

You will need to purchase a serverlicence as well.

edit: File might be shared (comparable with an Excel-file) without a server, but then also without the functionalities of a server.

Hi,

If you are partner then create the user in the Qlik site to download the Server Setup also you need the license for this.
