Dear all,

I feel sure that this question has been asked before but I could not find it, about one month ago my qlikview documents do not reload automatically anymore. attached qlikview server performance and see below the logs :

Your log dump stops before it gets interesting.

Put your distribution service logging in very-verbose mode, reload your documents and post the log file instead. Thanks.

He's saying to open up QEMC and under System>QlikView Servers>Select the server>Logging>Event log verbosity, set it to "High".

After that, try reloading a document and check out/attach the logs for that document.

I have the same problem.

We even uninstalled qlikview, removed all Folders, removed registry keys, removed IIS and installed everything from scratch.

The task just keep incrementing with “Information: Loading. LoadTime”

Setup the same scenario in a VM, uninstalled, removed folders, iis – and reinstall. And Tasks works.

If the file is manually opened on the Server with Qlikview Desktop it reloads 100% fine from Excel files or SQL Servers.

If the task is then scheduled, it never ends nor bombs out with an error – just constantly “Loading”

Thanks for the response.

The Task below runs for 6-9 sec on my LAB with 10x less resources, and loads from Excel files.

On the Server it runs for more then 8h, until you manually cancel it.

if you cancel it, the log just increment saying "Loading..." till cancelled.

I had to set the maximum run time down to be able to get additional information in the log.

Please take note the Server Name and Client Name in the Log was changed to "Server" and "Client" before posting in here.

PS: The Server had the Problem on Qlikview 11 SR4, and in the LAB on SR4 it worked in 6-9 sec.

Qlikview on the Server and LAB was uninstalled, Folders Removed, Registry keys removed and reinstalled with Qlikview 11 SR10.

On the Server it still does the same, and on the LAB it still works.
