ipad client does not show qlikview apps

Hi,

We want to start using QV ipad client and cannot see any document yet.

We have 11.2 SR7 Small Business Edition and Ipad on IOS 8.1

We use Qlikviw Web server

Problem is that when I create an access point as https://<server ip>/qlikview, ipad client sends request to the server and server receives the request as well.( got to know from server log)

So I guess there is something wrong in the QMC. Also the way access point is configured ????

Error that we get in the ipad is 'cannot download files...'

Can anybody tell me what could be the issue?

Pleas make sure you have QlikView Ajax Zero Footprint Client on your ipad

Go Google it and you have to view your dashboard on Safari Browser so make sure you have safari on your ipad

I can go to access point and open apps from Safari. Only thing is that QV client does not show apps

We have to change the IIS settings to allow anonymous for AjaxZfc

Please go to systems tab and then in setup tab go to qlikview webserver and in webserver check Ajax tab here by default ajax zfc path is showing

We have installed QV web server and we do not use IIS.

In System tab you found qlikview server where you have to change to allow anonymous in security sub tab

I get below msg and cannot change to allow anonymous.

Selected Authentication Level is denied by license.

Sir Please go to Systems tab under that you found QlikView Server and under qlikview server you found security where you have to apply allow anonymous. Hope this will resolve your problem

Allow anonymous only applicable when you have Concurrent licenses or on a QlikView Information Access Server

Hi,

I do not use QIA. So i guess there should be a way for our requirement which is basic requirement to deploy in a ipad.
