How to limit documents visualizatio in Access Point?

Hi,

I am giving one license to someone, this person should only be able to see one document, i don't want him to see any other documents in the access point!

Hi,

You need to configure this in QMC in

QMC-> Documents-> User Documents-> Select Qlikview file-> Authorization -> Select User Type as Named Users -> Add the Users list manually

This way you can restrict users to view the Dashboard.

Hi,

What kind of security you are using to acces the documents?Is it by windows security groups?

You can perhaps provide one document cal to the user for accessing just one document.

Hi,

Jagan's solution will work if you use DMS authorization.

In case you use NTFS authorization.

Then

You have to go to Qlikview file Right click --> properties --> Security --> Remove group everyone and add respective peoples here.
