Scheduling Problem

Hi ,

I have created and scheduled one PDF report,

I Have multiple regions data, so I want to share the region wise reports data to all users.

selected the split the application based on filed(Region) option in Publisher because of that, All region wise Reports are generating and sending to users in 20 mails.

Now the problem here is we have 20 regions so 20 mails are going to all users.

Is it possible to send all the Region wise reports in One Attachment to all users ?

Please suggest on this.

hi,

I think you are generating region wise report.

you do not need to spilt/reduce your application into 20 regions if you have to generate region wise report.

You just need to loop the report by region,then one report will be generated and hence only one mail will be sent.

Thanks for your suggestion ,

here my requirement is bit different like I want region wise separate reports only but all should be in one attachment.

Is it possible through Publisher ?

hi,

I dont think all your 20 files could be mailed as one attachment.Perhaps keeping all the reports in one pdf is better option.

or u can distribute the reports to a folder. then using vb script, u can mail all the contents of the folder to the users as a single attachment.
