Poor performance

Hi everyone

In our QlikView installation we have two frontend servers running QVS, and a backend server running publisher. (QlikView version 11.2 SR3, all servers: 2008 R).

Since yesterday no task is able to run. No error message is registered in any log file! When starting a reload task, it runs endless! Reload tasks that earlier only ran in 15-20 minutes to complete, are now running for hours!

It does not look like being a CPU or RAM issue while there are a lot of free RAM and memory on the servers.

Do you have any idea or suggestion for how I should find the root cause?

Hey,

Have you tried creating a new task and schedule/run it?

Also have you tried to refresh any qvw in Qlikview server desktop version?

Restart of the server should resolve this issue, as some times any of the hanged service may cause the publisher server functioning in correctly.
