CAL alloted on server is 0 - allow dynamic CAL assignment

Document CALs embedded in document: 0

Document CALs assigned to users: 0

Hi all,

Above is the current situation.

We have 5 QVWs on Access Point; however,none of the QVWs has option "allow dynamic CAL assignment" checked. We want give 2 new users CAL to one QVW..

Question:

1. Will checking "allow dynamic CAL assignment" in all the qvw make any difference?

2. What are the options available to adding 2 new document users?

Hi,

In any case you need to make sure that

There is ample number of documents allocated to this document.

No of document allocated to this cal ex: 3

If you select allow document cal and if this document is distributed to that particular users, Then Cal will be allocated automatically.

If not you have to add users in the same screen manually.
