      <title>DSC service disconnected</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since this weekend, the status of the DSC service is disconnected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This means that in the document tab, I cannot see anymore to who the CALs are assigned. It's like no CALs were assigned at all in QMC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is weird is that I tried to log on Access Point with a simple user who has a CAL for one QV and it works, this person still can access the QV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What should I do ? &lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;/TBODY&gt;&lt;/TABLE&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you don't see any user it may be that you don't have any cal available.&amp;nbsp; You can check for the users in any other document for which you allocated cal and user previously. I'm sore you will see some.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you buy new license make sure you update you License.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can find DSC logs here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\DirectoryServiceConnector\Log&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope it helps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ASHFAQ&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
