Reload fail

Hi folks, having a trouble here that reloading a qvw on QMC fails but has no problem reloading it manually on my local desktop. Here's the log I regarding the failed reload-

So I get the following error

'Error: The Source Document was NOT reloaded successfully. DocumentPath='

It's likely to do with my connection to the SQL server because I'm only reading one single table from the SQL database

If anybody has encountered this error before and arrived at a solution, please do share! I've also read similar threads on Qlik community but no recommendations seem to work here. Thanks!

Issue resolved, there was a database access restriction on the qlikview service account
