Management Console daily load not working

I have the following file that is suppose to kick off a nightly load (at 20:30 per below). However it is not running this file. I don't see what is not working - I have it simply set on Daily and 20:30. Any ideas?

Does the distribution logs show anything or maybe the QMC logs?

HI,

What does log says?

Can you attach logs too.

Also check by enabling document log from below path.

Document Properties --> General --> Select Generate log file.

Does this file runs locally?

I looked for the path you are showing but all I have when I get to Document Information under General is

Select Category

Or Type a New Category

Document Description

I don't see anything about logs on this tap in the management console

Hi,

Open your QlikView Document in desktop.

Then go to setting --> Document Properties --> General --> Select Generate log file.
