Determine which Named CALs access which documents

l am assigning some Named CALs and would like to know if it is possible, and if yes how, to determine which users can access which documents.

Is it also possible to determine who can deploy documents to my server as well?

Hi Tomas,

You may use the Users tab > User Management to search for users, what CALs they are using, documents, groups etc.

In terms of deploying documents, as long as you restrain Windows file access to the user documents folders and the users cannot access the QMC, they cannot deploy documents. There is an option called "Document Administrators" which allow some administration, see the "Folder Access" tab under QMC > System > Setup > QlikView Servers > QVS@servername. In order to get full access to the QMC, users need to be a member of the local group "QlikView Administrators".
