Prompt user name & password while working in access point

Hi,

One of my users is having a problem that he is prompted to enter User name and password before the idle time out. When return from one selection to another at the same time also this is happening.

We are using Small Business Edition 11.2SR7.

Any idea or any area to check the setting in the QMC ?

Hi,

Which browser he is using I believe IE.

did they try with some other browser?

This could happen if his id is used in multiple places / Servers or by multiple persons.

Hi Ashfaq,

He is always using his own laptop every where and therefore no way using multiple log ins or locations.

AND browser is Chrome.

Is he connected to domain via laptop?

yes we have active directory.

Can you make sure that he ID is not used in two different systems to access QlikView.

Secondly, Instead of laptop can you try to test the same in desktop pc and monitor the behaviour.
