Document Distributed Time

Hi All,

I'm not able to find the below information in logs/ governance dashboard,

please help :

1. We have a document which we are reloading everyday to a set of users.

How can i find out when was the user provisioned access to the document first time ?

2. A particular user is removed from the distribution list of a document, The user has access to many other documents.

Now how can i find out the current list of documents the user currently has access to in logs?

Hi,

For point 1

look at below app.

For point 2

go to QEMC-->users--> Users management --> in search for a user pane enter the user you wana query.

You will have compleate list like What cal Allocated, how many Document distributed etc.
