Some calculations require a lot of RAM, and there are virtually no limitations. Did you upgrade from another v11 release or from an even earlier release?

Regards,

Erik

I got problems with the new release. First thing that happened that objects had 'disappeared' in qvw's. It occurred with containers in a container. Next thing and more disturbing was the behaviour of qlikview in absorbing my internal memory and nothing left than restarting my computer. Is this a exception?

Hi,

I suspect I am observing some of the same behavior as Guus: Charts rendered in nested containers "disappear" (are completely minimized). Typically, the charts are members of a grid container which again is a member of a "tabbed" container. This happens in the desktop client. In the AJAX client, however, the charts render as usual.

I've observed this on two separate SR7 systems now. One was updated from SR4 to SR7. The other was updated from SR5 to SR7. No other changes than applying the service release has been performed.

Cheers,

Kjetil
