Inactive reload after renaming

Hello,

I have a problem with my QlikView server after renaming two applications.

As you can see in the screenshot below, I added the two applications with the new name, but I don't know how to delete the old ones.

For the moment, I disabled them, otherwise I get log errors.

Do you know how can I do ?

To remove a document:

1) delete the task

2) delete the source file

3) delete files in the server (the files published)

if you delete the source file before deleting the task you will have the situation you have described.

try to add again a file with the same name of the one you deleted

Hi Muller.

If you delete file before deleting tasks.

You have to recreate blank qvw file with the same name as that of earlier. and make sure you have same task name.

Once replace, first you have to delete task and any allocated cals to this document if any.

Then you can delete the source QVW file.

Do you have any Doc cal allocated to that documents

Hello Mohammed,

I think not, for this document it was only accessible with server licence.

But, when I look in the tab Documents, in my group "Datawarehouse", I don't see the old app name..

It means you have not replace the file with same name.

Have a look at the attached document for more info.

If you cannot see document in document tab, Then you cannot delete task.
