reload failed

Hello,

I' ve several reload documents via Publisher and all failed
Qlikview 11.0.11282.0 is installing on windows server 7 64 bits which is integrated in AD

Reload documents work fine manually

Could you have any ideas?

Hi,

There can be many reasons for this, have you checked the document log file? the user that runs the qlikview services is the same you are using to reload the documents manually?

There must be some problems on the qlikview document file path.... What is ur source document folder?

the user that runs the qlikview services is the administrator and the user that reload the documents manually is the developper of QVW

the document folder is the next : C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\Documents\Pilotage

and the developper save the files qvw in this folder.

Make sure the administrator has the necessary permits to the files, data bases, etc.

You can check this loging in as the administrator and reloading the document manually

There will be more information in the Document Log. Can you post that log?
