    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi All!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So this has been a messy issue so far.&amp;nbsp; Another developer did something wonky to their document and now I get an error message that says the document failed even though I wasn't trying to reload the document.&amp;nbsp; This seems to be a similar issue found in other forum posts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My issue is that all of the remedies suggested in this post and others hasn't worked.&amp;nbsp; What I have tried so far:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reload with QMC - Fail&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rename document - fail&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;move document - fail&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try with another machine - fail&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Delete share file - fail&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;open document without data - fail&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;open with document analyzer - fail&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Give the document a menacing glare - fail&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think at this point the document is gone but I figured writing this post was worth a shot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you try to do a PRJ folder and then import the XMLs that to a new document? (attached steps)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, I believe you have a OnOpen trigger that causing your issue, I recommend, if the PRJ recovery works to remove the document OnOpen trigger fast. ( settings&amp;gt;document properties &amp;gt; triggers&amp;gt;OnOpen)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ah! okay, sorry I though the error was "&lt;SPAN style="color: #3d3d3d; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif;"&gt;The document documentlocation\documentname failed to load&lt;/SPAN&gt;".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well, from what you have done on your original post, it would be all I could give you, unfortunately. &lt;IMG src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/emoticons/sad.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seem that the file, it is really corrupted and there's no way to recover;however, don't put your hopes down, I guess someone else might give a solution, good luck. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Gio &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
