Copie Users from Custom Directory from Server to Server

In my Company we have used one Server for Qlikview.

Now we get a second Server and want the old Server as a Development-Server and the new one as a Production-Server.

We use the Custom Directory to manage our Users (ca. 125). And now I don't want to create for all the Users new Profiles on the new Server.

My question is:

Can I export/import the Users from one to the other Server?

I try to copie the XML-File but this doesn't work 😕

I think its not supported till now.

Look at the below post.

tr to migrate this file

C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\DirectoryServiceConnector\CustomDirectoryData.xml

Thanks for your answer.

I try to copie the XML-File again and after a restart of the Server, all Users are create on the new server and can login on the new AccessPoint.

HI,

I am also doing the same task

and failing to get the custom users

If you can tell me what else you did ,It will be helpful.

I have copied the custom directory data xml from one server to another and restarted the services and restarted the server too

but i am still not getting the users in my custom directory.

Please help Its Urgent

Sorry but i can't remember that I do anything else to copy the users.

In my opinion I only to the steps:

copy the xml

restart qlikview-server service
