Have you started/stopped the service? Restarted the machine? Few ideas...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;It looks like you're trying to add a mounted folder, but the share \\192.168.6.54\56 does not seem to exist. Or your Qlikview server isn't allowed to access it. Check that server 192.168.6.54 exist and that a share with the name 56 is defined on that server. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;From the red dot you see within the QMC when you tried to add the mount, you can see that it fails to "find" the mount.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please verify the unc path to the folder, for example copy paste the path from Windows Explorer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
