Hi All,

Want to enable webticketing for embedding dashboard in SFDC.

Which one is best option?

Option 1 – use windows permissions

Option 2 – use an IP address white list

Hello Saravana,

Have a look at QlikView and Salesforce.com Single Sign On , it seems to be exactly what you are looking for.

For your question, the article suggest "users will not sign in with windows accounts", and instead focus on "the address of the QlikView server you are working with". An alias, a computername or an IP-address would be the way to go here.

Then I believe it comes down to much more individual setups. Might want to have a look at "Customer Success Stories" on www.qlik.com and see if you can find something there.
