Unable to assign CALs

Hi All,

I am trying to assign CAL but when i click on Apply button CAL name disappear.

Please suggest if i am doing something wrong.

Check Total Availability of CALS...

Please check how much CALs licence you have, and

how much from that you were used.

are you administrator or using license version ?

Check how many cals u have and how many is used and how much is left,

if u have cals left insisit the no of calls u want to add and then give the cals then it will apply

document->userdocument-->document cal->document cal->number of cal allocated the document->

add how many call u want to add-->and then add the user and apply

Hi Asim,

I am using License version of Qlikview 10.0

Previously everything was working fine but i need to format my PC and then i have installed Qlikview Server again.

After installation 1 Qlikview Administrator group is automatically created and admin user is added in that group.
