Access to apps, created by reducing existing QVW w. publisher

Hi all,

I have following question.

We have a QV App, that is reduced and distributed to multiple users based on security roles defined in Publisher.

After task is ready, multiple smaller apps are created for every role, which works great.

The thing that bothers me is that only the user, that were chosen to get the adpp distributed to have acces to this document.

Is there a way to set up something like an ADMIN accees to all apps, that are result from the task run?

Yes, you can by setting the users under folder access. If you need additional information click the help icon on the top right.
