No available fields in new server objects

I have a quite annoying issue.

When I open a file localy and add a new sheet object I get a list of fields to choose from, no matter what type of object.

The same goes for variables, it's just empty.

If I do the same with the same document published on the server I get no fields.

I can see all tables and fields in table viewer

I have been going through all settings I can find on the server, there are no reductions, no section access or anything.

It's just a reload with manual distribution to a folder.

QV Desktop 11.20 SR5

QV Server 11.0 SR2

Another user which has QV Desktop 11.0 SR2 can see the fields.

Do I have to match the versions?

It is always best to have the same version running on everything.
