Hi,

Two of 40 users have this problem : they need to log twice before opening an application.

They arrive on the acces point, they see all applications. But when they try to open one, a new page is open and they need to put their name and password twice to open the document.

They use IE 8 with the QV plug in. When they use Firefox or Chrome, the problem do not appear, but they need to use the QV Plug in

Any help please ?

It seems that is not performing the integrated authentication.

Add the URL of the server QlikView on Trusted Sites in Internet Explorer and probably is resolved.

We are trying to update IE 8 to IE 9 and we'll see

Hi,

Check this thread on a very similar issue and to set up the browsers, should they have different configurations.
