accessing server by using new user ID

our scenario is as per below,

Currently we are able to access server by using winadmin(admin right) privileges.

Note that we are using small business addition we have 5 doc licenses and 10 user licenses out of that 4 doc licenses are in usage and we need to allocate user licenses.

Moreover we have same number of licenses in test environment also.

Our question is shall we use licenses from test environment on production if so please inform us.

In addition when we are trying to access qlikview files on server by newly created user we are not able to access files.

Our requirement is,

Newly created user should access files on server by using his separate privileges.

Can you please help us out how to achieve this.

Note that we do not want to install server again.We want to use existing licenses

Hi,

No the license from the test server will not work with the other server.
