Document Report Distribution through Email

Hi all,

I am distributing a document report through publisher.

Problem is: User are getting the email, but attachment is missing from mail.

Kindly input your ideas. . .

Hello

One thing you can do is check whether you are creating the pdf's by saving them in a folder whilst running the job.

I follow the exact process that you mentioned in document; I am getting mail, but the attached pdf report is missing from mail (Mail contains just plain text; no attachment)

Hello Guys,

Any ideas on this please? I am also trying something similar, only difference is that instead of sending the document via email I am trying to distribute the splitted qvw files(based on a field/field value), to the distribution path, which is my publish folder (from where access point picks up the qvws). But I cannot see any distributed copies under the publish folder, even though the QV Scheduler Log says that the 'Document Distribution Done'.

Create a child folder under your publish path and point the distribution to that desination
