Currently its configured as &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-email-small" href="mailto:noreply@companyname.com" target="_blank"&gt;noreply@companyname.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.5em;"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;when an alert is triggered, the sender name is shown as &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-email-small" href="mailto:'noreply@companyname.com" target="_blank"&gt;'noreply@companyname.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;'....can we change it? like the name to be "QlikView Reporting". &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are on QlikView 11 with publisher.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Vikram&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you enter the email address in the &lt;STRONG&gt;From address:&lt;/STRONG&gt; field on the Mail Server setting page as &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;QlikView Reporting &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-email-small" href="mailto:noreply@companyname.com"&gt;noreply@companyname.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;, the sender name on the alert emails will then be QlikView Reporting.&amp;nbsp; It doesn't need quotes or &amp;lt; &amp;gt; tags or anything but the name and email address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
