Section Access Management through Publisher

Hello,

I need to access the Section Access Management tab in the Publisher (in fast, the whole tab "User")

However, our production console for QlikView is not available for security reasons, so we can't reload, create or modify tasks on the production environment.

As the User Management is part of the console, we can't access this part too.

Is there a way to get access to this part of the console, but not to the other parts ?

As an administrator and if its part of your job, you should get your IT department to change your domain security to allow access. I see no reason why they won't if its part of your job

This is part of our security policy.

No action is allowed to developers on a productive environment.

It has always worked like this with our tools like Cognos, BW, SAS...

So I am looking for a solution to get access to specific parts of the console.
